Shakespearizing the Election

You know… I’ve been kind of political on here lately… without really tying it back into what we do as a theatre company. But our close personal friend Stephen Colbert is going to help us remedy that. As you know, our company is rooted deeply in Shakespeare. Our name comes from a line in Hamlet. And we have, so far, performed three Shakespeare comedies in our three summer seasons. So… when we saw that Colbert brought on a Shakespeare expert to help explain the election… well… PERFECT!

Wait until you see who he compares Sarah Palin to.
