Kindred Spirits
You know, I don’t think we’ve spent enough time on this blog paying tribute to a little publication we like to call "The Onion." (Of course… we like to call it that mostly because that’s the name of the publication… but whatever.) Today, this headline popped up on my My Yahoo page, and it reminded me how much I enjoy a good sardonic news source. I mean, of course we love Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert (in fact, I plan on launching a write-in campaign for the Stewart/Colbert ticket in the 2008 election), but we mustn’t forget their silent counterparts of the written word. The Onion, we salute you!
